For high school and youth athletes who are looking to prepare for local, state, and national tournaments around the country. Each high school and youth athlete will be going through a structured academy curriculum for folkstyle and freestyle wrestling. Curriculum will include live wrestling, strength and conditioning, drilling, technical skill work through private individual workouts and mental toughness/psychology workouts.

Designed for tiny wrestlers

4-7 years old with little to no wrestling experience. These practices will focus on basic fundamentals of wrestling. The HWA will provide a fun and engaging environment with hands-on coaching to accommodate skill levels. We will be introducing the sport of wrestling to young first year wrestlers with basic wrestling drills, tumbling and other fitness activities. We stress top podium details at the HWA and starting off each kid's journey the right way is our priority.
