Fortify your foundation for your wrestling at this year’s Hawkeye Wrestling Academy father son/daughter camp. You will train in the legendary Carver Hawkeye Arena, Dan Gable Wrestling complex. Each session will focus on the basic fundamentals of wrestling to establish a firm foundation that will last for a lifetime. Bad habits are easily developed when starting wrestling and the HWA father son/daughter camp is intended to prevent that. This camp is not limited to fathers only, mothers are welcome toO. (cost $225.00 for adult and child)
Your wrestler will be learning from hawkeye wrestler, head coach of the hawkeye wrestling academy Alex Marinelli along with his hwa coaching staff.
Adults must participate by learning from the HWA coaches and by teaching their young one how to wrestle. Wrestling shoes for parents is not mandatory but is highly recommend.
Ages
must be at least 4 years old and must be your first or second year wrestling
Multiple campers
Parents may bring up to two kids per adult.
Camp includes
Six technique sessions and a camp
t-shirt.
