PROGRAM

Our Elite Training Program is designed for serious youth and high school wrestlers focused on competing at the highest levels. Athletes follow a structured curriculum covering folkstyle and freestyle/Greco, including:

  • Live wrestling
  • Strength and conditioning
  • Technical drilling
  • One-on-one coaching
  • Mental toughness and mindset training

Folkstyle Season

Our core season focuses on building strong fundamentals and competitive skills.

DATES September 7th 2025 – March 6th 2026 PRACTICE DAYS
Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday An occasional invite-only practice may be scheduled as needed for highly competitive training.

Mini Hawks

A Fun and Fundamental Start to Wrestling! This program is designed for young wrestlers ages 4–7 with little to no experience. Practices focus on the basics of wrestling in a fun, hands-on, and supportive environment. Athletes will build coordination, confidence, and strength through:

  • Basic wrestling drills
  • Tumbling and movement skills
  • Fitness games
  • Positive, encouraging coaching

We believe in starting every athlete’s journey with solid fundamentals and strong values—the HWA way.
