For high school athletes who are looking to prepare for local, state, and national tournaments around the country. Each high school athlete will be going through a structured academy curriculum for folkstyle and freestyle wrestling. Curriculum will include live wrestling, strength and conditioning, drilling, technical skill work through private individual workouts and mental toughness/psychology workouts.
Dates: Sept. 15th - July 9th
