Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM / Carver Hawkeye Arena
Designed for athletes who will develop and master basic skills while developing their minds to go to battle. These classes will consist of developing mat awareness/situational wrestling, introducing high level technique, as well as introducing various strength workouts. This option is designed for athletes looking to practice 1 day a week.
$3.00 processing fee.
